​DESCRIPTIONS 

​

Front Desk Receptionist

The front desk receptionist is responsible for day to day tasks such as answering phone calls, giving tours, using the computer database to aid parents in scheduling lessons, and light cleaning.

 

Position Qualifications and Requirements:

Previous receptionist experience is preferred, but not required. We can train the skills necessary. Ability to work with kids and being reliable is an absolute necessity!

 

Certification in CPR-PR/AED, First Aid for adult, swimmer and infants. This can be done after hiring.

 

Compensation: Starting at $15.00 per hour based on experience

 

Swimming Lesson Instructor

Swimming Lesson Instructors are responsible for teaching swimming skills according to the designed program at Natavi, Provide feedback to students appropriate for each level, and to structure the class appropriate to the level teaching.  

 

Position Qualifications and Requirements:

Previous swim instruction experience is preferred, but not required. We can train the skills necessary.  Ability to work with kids and being reliable is an absolute necessity!

Lead Receptionsist/Lead Instructor

A Lead is responsible for ensuring appropriate work behavior during shift, scheduling shifts, aiding management in tasks, and helping employees with any task as needed.
