JANUARY 2024 EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH
Shelby Routt
Our employee of the month for January is Shelby Routt. Shelby has been with Natavi for 10 months and has done an exemplary job implementing our curriculum to our students. She is also EMT certified and in school to become a firefighter and paramedic.

FEBRUARY 2024 EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH
Dawson Heath
Our employee of the month for February is Dawson Heath. Dawson has been an employee at Natavi for year and 1 month! Dawson attends school at DCG High School and enjoys playing basketball. He likes all animals and wildlife such as fishing and hunting. He also likes hanging out with his friends.

MARCH 2024 EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH
Tristan Peek
Our employee of the month for March is Tristan Peek. Tristan has been with us for 3 months and is a junior at Ankeny Centennial High School. He has a cat and is on the wrestling team. Once he graduates he will pursue a college degree in marketing.
APRIL 2024 EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH
Elizabeth Dittmer
Our employee of the month for April is Elizabeth Dittmer! Elizabeth has been with us for a year and 10 months. She will be going into her senior year at DCG High School. Once she graduates, Elizabeth will continue to be a swim instructor until she becomes a flight attendant.

MAY 2024 EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH
SHELBY ROUTT
Shelby has been working at Natavi since March 2023. She is a certified EMT and will be going to DMACC this fall for Fire Science and Paramedic. In her free time she likes to play with her pet parrot named Ferdinand.
JUNE 2024 EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH
QUIN MAHLER-MORENO
Our employee of the month for May is Quin Mahler-Moreno! Quin has been with us for five months. She will be going into her senior year at Perry High School and competitively swimming for 10 years! She loves the sport as well as teaching swim lessons. Quin has an amazing family & awesome dog.

JULY 2023 EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH
KILEIGH LACHACZ
Meet Kileigh Lachacz! She is 18 years old and has been with us for 4 months. She loves spending time with her family and 2 dogs. As a graduate of DCG, she will be attending UNI in the fall to become a PE teacher. In her free time, she likes throwing the shot put, discus and hammer!

AUGUST 2023 EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH
SADEY LIETZ
Meet Sadey Lietz! Sadey is 17 years old, a senior at Valley High School and will be studying agriculture next year at Iowa State. She has been a swim instructor with us for 5 months. Sadey likes to be outside in nature and watch sunsets. She also likes to fish. Sadey has 4 younger sibling and a golden retriever named Ellie. Sadey likes working at Natavi because she likes working with children and she loves to swim.
SEPTEMBER 2023 EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH
EVAN DITTMER
Meet Evan Dittmer! Evan is 17 years old is a very talkative and fun/funny guy. Evan enjoys hanging out with his friends and is very involved with his church/church youth group. Evan also shoots trap for sport and fun. Thank you, Evan for all your hard work and going above and beyond at Natavi. We appreciate your greatness and hard work.
OCTOBER 2023 EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH
MORGAN EYANSON-RENKEN
​Our October winner is Morgan Eyanson-Renken! Morgan has been with us for 7 months. He is interested in art, creative writing, and music. Morgan attends high school at North Polk. He absolutely loves teaching being able to coach. Thank you, Morgan for all your hard work and going above and beyond at Natavi. We appreciate your greatness and hard work.

NOVEMBER 2023 EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH
SADEY LIETZ
Our November winner is Sadey Lietz! Sadey Lietz has been with us for 7 months. Sadey likes to be outside in nature and watch sunsets. She also likes to fish. Sadey has 4 younger siblings and a golden retriever named Ellie. Sadey likes working at Natavi because she likes working with children and she loves to swim. Sadey was our August winner but she has been exceptional, which is why she has received it again. Thank you, Sadey for all your hard work and going above and beyond at Natavi. We appreciate your greatness and hard work.
DECEMBER 2023 EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH
SONJA CERRATO
Our December winner is Sonja Cerrato! Sonja has been with us for 2 months. Sonja has two children: a 15-year-old daughter and a two-year-old son. Sonja also has 3 cats that live in her home, however only one is hers. His name is Colton and he has a mustache. She also has a tattoo of her cat on her arm. Sonja is one of our evening receptionists and is currently cross training to be an instructor on Saturdays. Thank you, Sonja for all your hard work and going above and beyond at Natavi.
